Order Processing & Shipping Location
We currently ship only within Australia. All orders are processed and shipped from our Australian warehouse.
Order Confirmation
Once you place your order, you’ll get a confirmation email right away, letting you know we’ve received it and pre-authorised your payment. We’ll check stock availability, and if your item is on backorder, we’ll void the pre-authorisation and email you to discuss alternatives. If the item is in stock, we’ll finalise the payment and start prepping your order for shipment.
Shipping Cost
For orders under $1,800, a flat shipping fee of $50 applies. Shipping is free for orders above $1,800.
Handling Time
Orders are typically processed within 1-2 business days (excluding weekends and public holidays). Processing times may be slightly extended during peak seasons or high-demand periods.
Transit Time
Shipping times vary depending on your location and the courier service used. On average, deliveries within Australia take between 3-7 business days. Remote areas may experience longer transit times.

Tracking Information
Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email. You can use this number to track your package on the courier's website.
Incorrect Address
Customers are responsible for providing the correct shipping address. If an incorrect or incomplete address is provided, delays or delivery failures may occur. If a package is returned due to an incorrect address, additional shipping charges may apply to resend the order.
Lost or Damaged Packages
We take great care in packaging and dispatching your orders. However, if your package is lost or arrives damaged, please contact our customer support team immediately. We will work with the courier service to resolve the issue as quickly as possible.
